Kristine Jackson

efore I started TruVision, my life had gone through some big challenges. In 2010 I was diagnosed with a condition called Sarcoidosis. They originally thought I had lung cancer so they did a lung biopsy. It wasn't cancer, but it wasn't much better because I would live with Sarcoidosis the rest of my life because there is no cure!

I did okay from 2010 to January of 2013. I was working as a registered nurse in a hemodialysis center. I started missing work from being hospitalized and it was not getting any better, so I had to take medical leave. I ended up back in the hospital shortly after leaving my job and found that the Sarcoidosis had now spread from my lungs to my heart. The doctors got worried because I was in and out of the hospital with chest pain and EKG changes. So, they decided to put an ICD in my chest. This would shock my heart if I ever went into a life-threatening rhythm.

By July of 2014 I had been in the hospital over 20 times. The doctors ran numerous tests on me and couldn’t find anything. I remember laying in my bed and my mother called, I told her “Mom something is wrong, I don’t know what but something is happening right now and I need you to call my nurse. I can’t move my arms or hands and it feels like the room is spinning. I’m so scared mom please call my nurse.” She hung up with me and called the nursing station.
When the nurse came into my room, I looked at her and started to feel very dizzy. In just moments, I had numerous doctors and nurses in my room talking loudly and saying to me, “Ms. Jackson, if you can hear us we are taking you to the ICU. We have notified your immediate family but try to relax. Next thing I knew I was in the ICU 3 days later with my mom and brother by my bed crying. I couldn’t talk because I was on a ventilator with all kinds of wires and machines hooked up to me. I had gone into multi organ failure and had been in a coma for three days.

“If it wasn’t for TruVision Health I don’t know where I would be right now. TruVision has done everything for me.”

Fast forward to January of 2016, the doctors put me on medications for my Sarcoidosis and it slowly started to help my kidneys function again. I was finally able to come off dialysis. I had to live off disability since 2013. This was a big life change when you go from bringing home close to$2000 every 2 weeks to $1,600 a month. My children and I had to leave our home and rent a small apartment that we could afford. We were now living on a strict budget. One day I was sitting on Facebook looking for jobs I could do from home and I stumbled upon a yard sale page that had posted about a product that helped you lose 4-7 pounds in 1 week! I had gained so much weight due to my medical issues that I didn’t even recognize myself anymore. I desperately needed to lose weight so I decided to order my first sample pack.

I have gone from weighing 256 pounds to now 155 pounds. I went from wearing a size 20/22 in pants, 3-4XL in shirts to a size 13 in pants and a L/XL shirt. I also went to the doctor last week and he said my kidney, liver and A1C levels look better than they have in the past 7 years!

Since signing up as an associate on September 5, 2017, I have become a Managing Associate.I am working my business to help others change their lives! I’m making TruVision a priority in my life working my business full time day and night. I’m determined to keep increasing rank as far as I can possibly go. If it wasn’t for TruVision Health I don’t know where I would be right now. I want to share my story with everyone because if I can do it, so can you!
