White List an Email from TVH
Once you login to your account, on the right-hand side you will click on “Settings”.
Under the “Settings” tab, select “Filters” from the menu on the left and click the “Add” a filter.
Type a name for the filter in the “Filter name” space. Select “Contains” in the “sender” drop down menu. Type Truvision Health in the “sender” text space. In the “Move to Folder” drop-down menu, you will select “inbox”. Click the “Save” button in the top bar to save the filter.
- Once you are logged into your account, you will go into the upper right hand corner, click on the “Settings” icon. From there, click on the “Options” button.
Once you are in this section, click the option for “Safe and blocked senders”.
- Click on “Safe senders”.
- Enter in the TruVision Health email address and click the button to “Add to list”.
- (Desktop) In the upper right-hand corner of your account, click on “Options”. From there, click “Mail Settings”.
On the “Settings” page, click on the “Spam Settings”. From there, choose “Allow mail only from addresses I specify” on the drop-down menu. Enter in TruVision Health’s email address, click the plus button, and click on “Save” to ensure it saves your changes.
(Desktop) Right - click on the message in your inbox. Select “Junk E-mail” from the menu. Then, click “Add sender to Safe Senders List”.
