For anyone who is new to TruVision Health™, looking for more information on the faces of the company or just needing a reminder of who we are, here’s an introduction to our CFO Scott Lamb.
Scott is the CFO for TruVision Health. He and his team work on the corporate side of things by managing the company’s finances, financial planning, record-keeping, and financial reporting. He grew up right here in Glendale, Utah.
In his spare time he enjoys lifting weights and being with his family. Those two things takes all of his free time, and he wouldn’t have it any other way.
Some Questions We Asked Scott:
- What is a quote you like to live by?
“If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always gotten.” “I really enjoy this quote because it shows you can’t do the status quo to get ahead.”
- What is your favorite form of exercise?
“I love weight lifting, because it’s the only form of exercise that will actually change the shape of your body. In addition, weight lifting has numerous benefits such as burning more calories, strength and bone density.”
- What inspired you to start or be part of the company?
“My hobbies are all revolved around health, TruVision Health seemed to be the perfect fit for me. I liked the vision of the company and how they make weight management easier so that all of our associates can live their best life.”
- What’s your personal favorite TruVision Health product?
“I love the truFIX® because it tastes great and provides many micronutrients that may not come from meal plans.”
- What is your biggest piece of advice for someone just starting out at TruVision Health?
“Our products are only a portion of the solution. To optimize your health, our products should be coupled with exercise. When I say exercise, I don’t mean you have to run a marathon, but even joining our 10K pledge on a monthly basis has significant results with minimal effort.”
“You only have one life…. So live it to its fullest. If you have hurdles in your life (such as health issues) find ways to improve your overall health. The last thing you want to do is to look back on your life and regret that you let weight hold you back from doing everything you love and everything you want to accomplish.”
